Take a bow, Alejandro Garnacho.
The Argentine star scored the goal of the year on Sunday against Everton, finding the back of the net on an acrobatic bicycle kick in their Premier League clash.
Garnacho took to social media following his wonder strike, posting three photos and a simple message thanking God after his heroics.
The 18-year-old wrote “God is great” with prayer and heart emojis on his Instagram post, which now has over two million likes.
Garnacho scores wonder goal
Garnacho didn’t wait long to deliver his moment of brilliance against Everton, scoring in the third minute of their Premier League match, per Yahoo Sports.
He found himself in open space as Diogo Dalot was preparing to cross the ball down the right flank.
Dalot’s pass sailed over Garnacho’s head, forcing the United winger to improvise with his shot attempt.
He timed up his leap to connect with the high ball, netting on a spectacular bicycle kick. Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford had no chance of saving Garnacho’s strike, with the latter’s acrobatic effort finding the top corner.

Ronaldo knows a thing or two about wonder goals, scoring on an overhead kick in Real Madrid’s quarter-final clash with Juventus in the UEFA Champions League back in 2018.
What made this goal one of Ronaldo’s best was that he pulled it off against legendary goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon.
Garnacho wasn’t the only United player who impressed in Sunday’s match against Everton.
Kobbie Mainoo also dazzled in that contest, which was his first-ever Premier League start.
