Nigerian attacker Isaac Success has penned a contract extension with Serie A side Udinese.
Success switched to the club from Watford last year and has quickly become an integral part of the squad.
With his two-year deal coming to an end in June 2023, the 2-year-old was linked with a possible transfer to Mauricio Sarri’s Lazio following his impressive form this season.
Udinese however are not ready to entertain speculations and quickly moved to tie the striker to a two-year deal.
“Udinese Calcio is delighted to announce that an agreement has been reached to extend Isaac Success’s contract until 30 June 2024,” the club revealed in a statement.
Success is vital to Andrea Sottil’s squad, and has scoring one goal and provided four assists in 17 appearances across all competitions.
