Victor Osimhen's future continues to dominate the headlines as the season approaches its conclusion.
The 26-year-old is expected to leave Galatasaray in the summer when his season-long loan spell expires.
The Nigerian striker has been heavily linked with a move to the English Premier League, with Manchester United currently leading the race for his signature.
Osimhen continued his prolific goal-scoring form for Galatasaray after netting his 30th goal for the Yellow and Reds in their 5-1 thrashing of Konyaspor in the semifinals of the Turkish Cup.
The Super Eagles striker also provided an assist to help the reigning Turkish champions secure qualification for the Turkish Cup final.
After the game, fans of both Galatasaray and Manchester United took to Victor Osimhen's post on X to urge the in-form striker to join their team.
Manchester United fans urged the Nigerian to consider a move to Old Trafford, with the latest reports linking him to the Red Devils. Galatasaray fans, however, pleaded with the former Lille striker to remain at the club.
@natebadfellas, a Galatasaray fan on X, wrote, "Don't leave us, my little butterfly...."
@Carick141, a Manchester United fan, said, "You will do better in this Manchester United team, and I believe you know that."
Another Galatasaray fan pleading with the Nigerian to remain in Istanbul said,
"Osimhen, we love you so much. Please don't leave Galatasaray. Look, next year Icardi will come to support you, and you'll have someone like Kevin De Bruyne playing behind you as a number 10. Please don't go."
A second Man United fan, @investorlamy, said, "My brother. Pls join United. We will be a very good club with you. You could win a Ballon d’Or here, I promise you."
Another Galatasaray fan, @SabricanOdabasi, said, "We can win the Champions League within 3 years if you stay with us. You can earn more money in Manchester or in London, but you cannot find this happiness nowhere. Stay with us…"
Another Man United fan, @mccdominich, added, "We will be there on your first game at the Theatre of Dreams."
