Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has named Brazilian international Vinicius Junior as Los Blancos' first-choice penalty taker.

This comes amid the team's struggles from the spot this season, which has raised concerns about who is the trusted candidate to take up the penalty responsibilities.

Responding to these questions, Ancelotti named Vinicius Junior as the first-choice PK taker, followed by Kylian Mbappe and Jude Bellingham.

Mbappe has scored four out of six penalties since joining the club in the summer.

Bellingham, who has also been trusted with some penalty responsibilities, hit the woodwork against Valencia.

Vinicius remains the only player to record a hundred percent record from 12 yards, having converted all four of his spot-kicks this season.

Addressing the confusion, Ancelotti said, “Vinicius, Mbappe and Bellingham.”
