Brazil are reportedly considering Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti as the next head coach for their national team.
The Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) is said to be highly impressed by the Italian tactician, who has achieved remarkable success with Los Blancos.
The CBF held discussions with Ancelotti in 2023, but the 65-year-old chose to extend his contract with Real Madrid instead.
His current deal with the Spanish giants is set to run until 2026.
This comes amid calls for the dismissal of current manager, Dorival Junior, following the Selecão 4-1 thrashing against rivals Argentina in the World Cup qualifiers.
Ancelotti has reportedly deferred all talks about his future until after the FIFA Club World Cup tournament, scheduled for June and July.
