In the highly anticipated men’s 100m final, Usheoritse Itsekiri won silver after coming through with a time of 10.23s only behind Cameroon's Emmanuel Eseme who clocked a time of 10.14s to clinch the gold medal.
Olayinka Olajide also won the bronze medal in the women’s 100m.
