The National Security Advisor (NSA), Mr Nuhu Ribadu, has said President Bola Tinubu is not pleased with the security situation in the country.
Several states int he country have witnessed renewed killings, especially in Plateau and Benue states where hundreds have lost their lives to herdsmen attacks.
This prompted Ribadu to hold a security meeting with Tinubu to arrest the situation.
After the meeting with the President, the NSA briefed pressmen on the outcome.
"Mr President is worried and concerned and is working hard to ensure we restore peace and unity...we are getting the cooperation of the leadership on the state level and we believe we are on the right course and will be on top of the situation," he said.
