A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, Joe Igbokwe, has said chasing out the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) is one of the ways the Southeast can put an end to the political, economic and social crisis plaguing their region.

Igbokwe also urged the Southeast to emulate the Southwest y building bridges of friendship across the country and shun primordial sentiments.

This was as he advised the Igbo nation to change its political mindset and stop living in isolation.

Igbokwe wrote on Facebook, "Let us chase the IPOB, ESN and UGM away first..Let us stop killing our people first. Let us stop the sit @ home every monday first. Let us stop burning our homes first . Let us stop killing security personnels first. Let us learn how to play politics first. Let stop this selfish sense of superiority first. Let us emulate SW first. Let us learn how to build bridges of friendship across Nigeria first. Let us do away with primordial sentiments and ethnic preoccupation first . The economy of SE is almost in ruins. Security is zero.

"I am ready to help my people to get it right in matters of politics and economy in Nigeria. I am ready to teach what I listed above given my many years of experience in Lagos for close to 40 years. I am ready to engage my people on how to build political bridges and make friends across Nigeria . I am ready to engage them on how to produce the President of Nigeria by working with other Nigerians. Iam ready to engage my people on the topic that peace is better than war. I am ready to tell my people that if you kill your people you kill hope. I am going to tell my people that politics is superior to ecomics.
