Your husband's side chick is saving you from overload - Reno Omokri tells wives

Former presidential aide Reno Omokri has told wives that their husbands side chick is actually saving them from overload.

According to him, some wives may not be able to satisfy their husband's libido, hence the Ned for a side chick.

He then advised women in such a situation to not bother about their husband's affairs with a side chick as long as he takes good care of the home.

Omokri wrote, "If your husband looks after you and your children, gives you and them attention, pays all the bills, and sets you up to live a standard of life higher than the one you had when you were in your father's house, and then he has a special 'friend' outside to ease his tension, is he really cheating you?

"Do not let your unmarried friends answer this question for you. Ponder on it. Do not let feminism and modernism ruin your marriage and happiness. In your heart of heart, you know that you may not even be able to satisfy his libido. Perhaps his friend is saving you from work overload.

"Read Scripture. The Patriarchs and many prophets had special 'friends'. Abraham had a special 'friend'. Jacob had many such friends—Ditto for David. Let me not even mention Solomon.

"When you come to the New Testament, the writers did not give us much detail about that type of extracurricular activity. But Paul gave us a clue in 1 Timothy 3:2 when he said, 'Bishops must be the husband of one wife.' Why would Paul say that if everybody in the Ekklesia had only one wife? Think about that.

"If I enter a room of only tall men, why would I say, 'Only the tall men here can be leaders? It would not make sense.

"Is it a weakness?

"That depends on your point of view. But even if it is, should that weakness be sufficient to break your marriage to a loving husband fulfilling his duties as a provider and carer?

"My own viewpoint is that polygamy is by far better than adultery. But I don't pretend to have a moral absolute. Perhaps instead of ending your marriage, you should focus on making sure he practices safe 'friendship'.

"After all, the literal definition of the word husband is one who cares for animals or fauna, which likely evolved that way because Adam, the first man, had the job title of animal husbandman in the Garden of Eden.

"You may want to look up the meaning of the word husbandman."
