Chelsea Football Club are reportedly keen on signing Leroy Sane from Bayern Munich before the winter transfer window closes.

The Blues are interested in bringing in the former Manchester City winger to bolster Enzo Maresca's attack in the second half of the season.

Sane spent four seasons at the Etihad Stadium from 2016 to 2020 before moving to Bayern Munich.

The 29-year-old won two Premier League titles, two League Cups, and one FA Cup during his four-year stint with the Cityzens.

Sane has netted 55 goals and provided 51 assists in 198 appearances for the Bavarians.

The German international is currently in the final months of his contract, which makes him available for a lower fee.
