Nigerians suggest which NPFL club Mr Eazi should invest in after cryptic tweet

Nigerians have taken to social media to urge popular singer Mr. Eazi to buy a club in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) following his recent social media activity.

The 33-year-old singer has been involved in some football business, including partnering with betPawa through his music accelerator program Empawa Africa in 2018.

Mr. Eazi became the brand ambassador for betPawa, who were the title sponsors for the Ghana Premier League (GPL) with a $6m investment in 2022 before it was later canceled.

In a tweet on X, Mr. Eazi wrote, “I’ve got my eyes on NPFL.”

The post by the "Leg Over" crooner invited several reactions from Nigerians, with many urging him to turn his attention to the local league.
