Isaac Fayose, brother of former Ekiti State Governor, Ayo Fayose, has called out the Group Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, Mele Kyari, for allegedly misleading Nigerians with claims that the Port Harcourt Refinery is operational.

On November 26, the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd) announced that the Port Harcourt refinery had commenced production after a long period of rehabilitation and had begun truck loading petroleum products.

However, days later, there has been no sign of production at the refinery, causing concern among Nigerians who feel deceived by the government’s actions.

Expressing his displeasure, Isaac Fayose shared a video of himself criticizing the President Bola Tinubu-led administration, stating that they have defrauded Nigerians.

He noted that Nigerians are tired of their games and lies, threatening to storm the NNPC premises to protest if Tinubu fails to address the issue with the refinery.

Isaac Fayose said, “President Bola Tinubu, you people have done us 419. Since you opened the refinery, petrol has no come out again. So that means that the day they released photos and they were now loading were fake. Authorities stealing pass yahoo yahoo.

How will you say something is ready and that you have begun to load, and since that day, you people have locked the gate? Did Dangote lock the gate when he opened his own? Once you say you are open for business, how come fuel hasn’t come out since five days now?

Who is deceiving who Port Harcourt Refinery? You people are lying. This NNPC Chairman, we will protest at your office. We are tied of these your games and lies. After the seventh lie, now you came to tell us you were loading and showed us four trucks, and since then, nothing has moved again. President Tinubu, talk to this man; we are tied. We won’t agree.
