Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has emerged victorious in the Ondo State governorship election.

Aiyedatiwa defeated the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Agboola Ajayi, to secure the majority of votes in all 18 local government areas in the state.

The governor polled 366,781 votes, while Ajayi scored 117,835 votes, making Aiyedatiwa the winner.
