The Super Eagles camp has opened in Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire ahead of the team's 2025 African Cup of Nations qualifiers against Benin Republic.
According to Soccernet.ng, two players have arrived in Abidjan in the early hours of Monday, November 11 (today) ahead of the team's preparation for their fifth qualifier encounter.
The two early birds are Victor Collins from Nasarawa United and New England Revolution’s midfielder Alhassan Yusuf.
Interim Super Eagles coach Augustine Eguavoen also arrived in the Ivorian capital with his backroom staff on Sunday, November 10, following his medical checkup in Belgium.
Twenty-one players are expected to join the duo in camp ahead of the team's first training session on Tuesday.
Currently on 10 points in Group D, Nigeria needs just a draw to secure qualification to the 2025 Nations Cup in Morocco.
