Following their ordeal at Al Abraq Airport in Libya, some Super Eagles stars decided to calm their nerves by hanging out at a nightclub in Abuja.

The Super Eagles team boycotted their match against Libya after being left stranded at the airport for over 16 hours upon arrival for the encounter on Sunday night.

The team's Valuejet flight, initially scheduled to land in Benghazi, was diverted to the eastern Libyan city of Bayda, where the team spent several hours at the airport without any food, drink, or internet.

The team later returned home to Nigeria after the Libyan Federation failed to send any delegation or arrange for a shuttle to transport them to their hotel.

In a trending video on social media, some Super Eagles stars, including captain William Troost-Ekong, Semi Ajayi, Calvin Bassey, Alex Iwobi, and others, were seen having fun at a nightclub.

The Super Eagles clash with Libya is expected to be reschedule by CAF at a date that is yet to be announced.

Nigeria beat Libya by a lone goal in the first encounter at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium courtesy of Dele-Bashiru's 87th minute strike.
