The National Youth Leader of the ruling party, APC, Dayo Israel, has taken to social media to assure Nigerians that joy is coming under President Bola Tinubu’s government.

He made this known barely 24 hours after the pump price of petrol was increased.

On Wednesday, October 9, 2024, the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) announced an increment in fuel prices.

Currently, fuel is being sold at N1030 per litre. This situation has caused an uproar among Nigerians who lament the economic hardship in the country.

Many raised concerns over the long queues in various fuel stations and the lack of funds to make a purchase.

Dayo’s post angered many Nigerians who rushed to his comment section to blast him.
