Nigerian international Victor Osimhen has finally completed his move away from Napoli.
The 25-year-old has joined Turkish Super Lig giants Galatasaray on a season-long loan which will see the club cover the entirely of his wages.
In a social media post, Galatasaray announced the arrival of the reigning African Footballer of the Year.
Osimhen, who was expected to leave Napoli this summer has become a hot topic in the transfer window.
Despite strong links to Chelsea and Saudi Pro League side Al Ahli, Osimhen saw his potential move away from Diego Armando Maradona Stadium collapse on transfer deadline day, resulting in a strained relationship between the player and the club.
Osimhen was subsequently excluded from Napoli's first team and stripped off his iconic number shirt, which was handed to new signing Romelu Lukaku.
More to come...
