Benjamin Hundeyin, the Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer has applauded controversial on-air-personality, Rufai Oseni for his support to the police.

Hundeyin made this known in a post on X after he revealed meeting the Arise TV anchor.

He described Oseni as a "friend" who is was excited to meet.

"I was excited to meet my friend, @ruffydfire, yesterday. I want to publicly thank him for his support to @PoliceNG especially in recent times. Thank you, Rufai," the post reads.

Oseni acknowledged Hundeyin's applause in a post of his own on Instagram, replying "Blessing".

The post has generated mixed reactions on social media.
