A video of Dino Melaye, a former governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the Kogi governorship election displaying his books and accolades has generated mixed reactions on social media.

The PDP Chieftain was one of the highlights of the presidential elections held in 2023 following his televised clash with the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Professor Mahmood Yakubu.

While the dusk has settled on the electoral processes, Melaye has coiled back to his private life. He has, however, taken jabs at political opponents when given the slightest opportunity.

He took another jab in a post on Instagram when he disclosed he was working towards earning his 10th degree adding that self-development remains his strategy.

"Degree number 10 loading. My detractors can continue to agitate and wail. Self-development my strategy," he captioned the video showing this book shelve and award.
