There was pomp and pageantry as famous Nigerians and politicians bridging the political divide gathered to celebrate and Fatimah Bintu Tinubu, the Iyalode of Lagos and sister of President Bola Tinubu.
Madam Tinubu who turned 80 years old had earlier visited the President in Aso Rock, the first visit since he was sworn in.
Present during the visit was Mr. Segun Awolowo, Secretary of the National Action Committee on African Continental Free Trade Area AfCFTA )as well as his mother, Mrs. Abba Folawiyo.
Madam Tinubu, who is the mother of Nigerian businessman and Group Chief Executive of Oando PLC, Adewale Tinubu, turned 80 on Saturday, July 1, 2023.
King Sunny Ade, the King of Juju music proved he was still relevant as he created an atmosphere every fan of Juju music will like to be in while delivering his classic hit songs.
Some of the guests at the birthday bash include the governor of Lagos; Babajide Sanwoolu with his wife, Ibijoke Sanwoolu, Ogun State governor; Dapo Abiodun, Kwara State governor, Abdulrahman Abdulrazak, Senator Gbenga Daniel with his wife, Yeye Funke Daniel Senator Ibikunle Amosun with his wife, Funsho Amosun.
The others are Alhaji Aliko Dangote, Femi Otedola, Tony Elumelu, Abdulsamad Rabiu, Hajia Bola Shagaya, former Senate President, Bukola Saraki with his wife, Toyin Saraki, Babagana Kingigbe, Folly Coker, Wale Edun, Mo Abudu, Founder and Coordinator of Tinubu Support Group; Hon. Aminu Suleiman, Segun Awolowo, Hajia Abbah Folawiyo, Yomi Awobokun, Among several other eminent personalities.
