Nigerian business mogul Tony Elumelu has revealed a decision he made some years back that has contributed to his well-being throughout the years.
Elumelu who is a known fitness enthusiast said on Monday, July 3 that he began taking his fitness seriously before he hit 30.
In a tweet, he said: "I started taking my health and fitness seriously before I hit 30, and it has been one of my best decisions in life. I am 60 now – do I feel it? No! I owe that to a long-term decision I made 30 years ago."
His tweet, however, generated mixed reactions as some Nigerians called out the bank for the delayed response to some of their financial challenges.
Elumelu is an economist, philanthropist and founder of The Tony Elumelu Foundation.
In 2020, Elumelu was named on Time's list of the 100 most influential people in the world.

Elumelu good to hear that u take ur health & fitness serious, but it's not the main reason why u are looking/feeling younger; U live comfy that's why. Many Nigerians neglect their health, cos they're overworking to make ends meet. So use ur influence to fight for the common man.
