Olu Phillips, a Channels TV journalist covering the elections from the grounds clashed with supporters at a polling unit he is reporting from.

Phillips, during a live report from Oshodi in Lagos, had a verbal altercation with voters who were unhappy with his reports.

They claim his reports were false.

The situation only came under control when he was asked to move away from the aggrieved crowd.

The security agent at the polling unit looked on during the altercation.

According to Phillips, INEC officials are yet to arrive at the polling unit.
