Some members of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) have been involved in a ghastly car accident on Friday, February 24, 2023.

This accident occurred a few hours before the presidential and National Assembly elections.

A video capturing the moment has gone viral. It appeared the personnel from NSCDC were distributing ballot papers, and they were escorted by the police and military in a pickup van.

According to some netizens, they do not understand why the NSCDC members should be distributing ballot papers in the first place. Other netizens also added that the papers do not look like ballot papers, though they do not know what exactly they are.
