Former Aviation Minister and Director of New Media for the Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council, Femi Fani-Kayode has mocked Labour Party Peter Obi and his running mate over their decision to cancel their rallies.
In a Twitter post, Fani-Kayode ridiculed the LP rally held in Kano state following the scanty appearance of supporters present at the stadium to campaign for Peter Obi ahead of the 2023 election.
Following the low turn-out of supporters at the Kano stadium, the Labour Party announced that they will be cancelling the rallies till further notice.
This brought about ridicule from opposition parties. Fani-Kayode in a tweet wrote;
"After their rally in Kogi in which only 2000 people turned up, Peter & Dati the Daft have cancelled rallies & "gone back to the drawing board". It has finally dawned on them that politics is a game for the big boys & not one for the deluded, the ignorant & the inconsequential."
However, some Nigerians are reacting;
After their rally in Kogi in which only 2000 people turned up, Peter & Dati the Daft have cancelled rallies & "gone back to the drawing board". It has finally dawned on them that politics is a game for the big boys & not one for the deluded, the ignorant & the inconsequential.

Truth is bitter but it doesn't hurt. Politics is not for babies.
