Supporters of the All Progressive Congress Presidential candidate, Peter Obi on Saturday, October 1, embarked on their 4 million march across the country to campaign ahead of the 2023 general election.
On this day, thousands of Nigerians took to the streets with their banners, fliers and T-shirt with the inscription Obidient.
Videos and images of the rally was shared online with many people commending the process and outcome which ended without any violence or chaos happening on the day.
However, a banner with the inscription 'OBI L'OKAN' began to trend. This is coming after Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress said during a meeting with delegates in Osun State that "Emi L'okan' which means it is my turn to become president.
His comment came with lots of criticisms as people wondered why the former governor of Lagos state would be entitled to the presidency.
Obidents have since adopted the term "Obi L'Okan". They believe Peter Obi is the best candidate to lead the country.
Other supporters have also composed a song for Peter Obi which is currently making waves.
