Peter Obi, Presidential candidate of the Labour Party has been branded a liar by some members of the opposition after he flew in a private jet in contradiction to his claims.
Prior to this, Peter Obi had claimed that he never flies private jet neither does he stays in first class. Adding that he is not a person of flamboyant lifestyle.
However, in a video making rounds, Peter Obi was seen descending from a private jet with some of his officials welcoming him.
The former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani Kayode wasted no time to call out the LP flagbearer as he described him a liar.
Sharing the video on his Twitter page, FFK as he is commonly referred to wrote;
"I don't fly private jet. I don't even stay in first class. I hate flamboyant life."- Peter Obi.
Liar, liar pants on fire!"
