The Nigerian Center for Disease Control (NCDC) has reported 1,244 new cases of the novel coronavirus in the country.
The latest figure brings the total number of infected persons in the country to 101,331.
According to the health agency, the new infections were reported from across 20 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
It also confirmed additional three coronavirus-related deaths in the country in the past 24 hours.
According to records, Lagos state continues to record the highest number of confirmed cases.
