Super Eagles of Nigeria dazzler Alex Iwobi continues his impressive run of gamd for Everton as he featured in boxing day clash with Sheffield United at Bramall Lane.

Iwobi was handed another starting role by coach Carlo Ancelotti and he was impressive all through the match.

Iwobi who has been playing at wing-back position lately was handed the opportunity to play in his preferred midfield position alongside Gylfi Sigurdsson and Anthony Gordon.

After a goalless first half, Iceland star Gylfi Sigurdsson scored the winning goal in the 80th minutes, thanks to link up play between Abdoulaye Doucoure and Alex Iwobi.

After the match, Iwobi Alex took to his Twitter handle to dedicate the victory to the supporters of the club.

The three points moved Everton to second position in the English Premier League table with 29 points from 15 matches played.
