Another police station in Lagos State has been set ablaze by alleged hoodlums. The Layeni police station was attacked and razed on today, Tuesday, October 20, 2020, Daily Post reports.
It is located at Ojo road, Ajegunle in Apapa. The incident occurred hours after the arson at Orile.
This comes after Gov. Sanwo-Olu announced a 24-hour curfew effective 4 pm today.
The police have banned protests and any form of gatherings.
According to Daily Posts, the Lagos command has also deployed operatives to flashpoints and other strategic parts of the state.
