At least 20 people have been killed by gunmen, suspected to be Fulani herdsmen, who invaded Kukum Daji in Kauru Local Government Area of Kaduna State on Sunday night.

Our correspondent gathered that many of the residents also sustained varying degrees of injuries arising from the shooting.

The incident happened around 11pm on Sunday.
