The President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), has appointed Professor Agboola Ibrahim Gambari as his new Chief of Staff.

Gambari's appointment comes just weeks after the burial of late Abba Kyari who held the position before he died after testing positive for coronavirus.

Gambari, a Kwara State indigene is a Nigerian scholar and diplomat.
