The Federal Ministry of Health has now identified 100 isolation centres nationwide.
This was disclosed by the Director of Hospital Services, Dr Adebimpe Adebiyi, this morning on Radio Nigeria where she made the revelation.
To make the centres safe, the Health Ministry and the National Council on Health have an accreditation protocol for isolation and treatment centres.
These accreditation protocols specify what should be in every isolation centre.
Also, the NCH approved that accreditation should be decentralized to states.

NCH has approved that accreditation should be decentralized to states
This is coming after the NCDC complained of the dwindling number of isolation facilities and bed capacities all over the country.
