Fidelity Bank Plc has declared a closed period ahead of its first-quarter results.

In a notice filed by the bank to the Nigerian Bourse, the closed period begins Wednesday, April 1st, 2020.

The closed period is in respect of the unaudited financial statements for the first quarter of the financial period ended March 31, 2020.

In addition, a board meeting was scheduled for Friday, April 24, 2020, to consider and approve the results.
