Osun State Governor, Gboyega Oyetola, has announced the release of the first coronavirus patient the state recorded on Sunday.

He made the announcement at a press briefing in Osogbo, the state capital, on Sunday.

According to the governor, the patient tested negative twice and was subsequently discharged.
