Ekiti State Governor, Kayode Fayemi, has sworn in the state's new Head of Service on Monday.
The new HoS, Mrs. Morenike Olapeju Babafemi, is the first-ever female to hold the position in the history of Ekiti State Civil Service.
Pictures of the swearing-in event were posted on Twitter by the official account of the Ekiti government.
"Governor Kayode Fayemi @kfayemi has sworn-in the newly-appointed Head of Service, Mrs. Morenike Olapeju Babafemi @PjBabafemi, who is now the first female HoS in the history of Ekiti State Civil Service," the tweet reads.
