The People's Democratic Party's protest in Abuja was marred by a ghastly auto-accident that has left many of their protesters injured.

It was gathered that the accident occurred after a truck conveying the PDP’s protesters to the venue of their demonstration on Monday.

According to Sahara Reporters, the incident occurred at the Transcorp Hilton Junction when the truck driver made a swift turn as the party faithful made their way to the Supreme Court complex to express their displeasure with the ruling of the court last Tuesday which sacked Emeka Ihedioha as the governor of Imo State.

You would recall that MyNigeria reported the PDP disregarded the court ruling against Ihedioha, pointing accusing fingers at opponents the All Progressives Party, APC, promising to fight against the "injustice".
