The champ met with the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (Retd.), in London today.

Anthony Oluwafemi Olaseni Joshua's mother is Nigerian, while his father is of Nigerian and Irish ancestry. Joshua's Nigerian background can be specifically traced back to the Yoruba people of Ogun State.
According the the Yoruba tradition, a true son of the soil is expected to prostrate before his elders as a sign of respect.
Whether Joshua is regarded as a British boxer or not, he has just displayed that he his still the son of the Yoruba land.
