The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has announced the suspension of the National Identification Number (NIN) registration.

The NIN registration which has been a difficult process for candidates was a prerequisite to registering for the 2020 JAMB examination.

JAMB released an official statement about the suspension of the registration for candidates on its official Twitter handle.

"Candidates are to only send their names to 55019 to create profile. no need for NIN for 2020 registration," JAMB tweeted.
