Lagos State Water Regulatory Commission has laid guidelines for manufacturers looking to establish table water factories in Lagos.
This was made public by Executive Secretary, Lagos State Water Regulatory Commission, Mrs. Funke Adepoju, at an executive meeting of the Association of Table Water Producers.
One of the guidelines revealed by the Executive Secretary was to regularly pay their dues to the State Government.
"While highlighting the various steps to be taken before the establishment of a table water factory in Lagos, Adepoju implored the producers to regularly pay their dues to the State Government," the Executive Secretary was quoted saying in a tweet by the Lagos State Government.

Adepoju expressed displeasure against the attitude of some unscrupulous individuals who continually flout laid-down guidelines for the production and regulation of table water in the State.

She promised stakeholders that the state government will continue to ensure table water manufactures adhere to stipulated rules and regulations.
