When a man speaks up, society sees him as a weakling and this leads to depression????
Men should learn to speak up & stop being silent. Rip Dele
We should also try to reach out to friends and family often. Most people get scared of speaking up. Some people need that listening ear. At the end, let love lead ??

Those words from Dele hit me hard, We don't pay attention to mental health in this part of the world and it's disheartening.
