Nollywood actress Eniola Badmus has faced ridicule from social media users after her former best friend Davido refused to send her an invitation to his upcoming wedding with Chioma Rowland.

Davido caused a stir on social media when he shared his pre-wedding photos online on Sunday, June 23, 2024. The photos quickly went viral, with people congratulating the couple on their impending marriage.

Shortly after, Nollywood actress and avid APC supporter, Eniola Badmus posted a cryptic message on her Instagram story. In the post, she mentioned being there for someone and reminded them to inform certain people.

She wrote: "I was there for you, remember to tell them."

This post sparked reactions from social media users, with many speculating that Eniola was referring to not receiving an invitation to Davido's wedding. Some praised Davido for not inviting Eniola, saying she deserved it, and suggested she wait for an invitation from Bola Tinubu instead.

It's worth noting that Davido unfollowed Eniola Badmus in 2022 after she posted content about his son, Ifeanyi's death on her YouTube channel. This led to Davido and others calling her out for trying to profit from the tragedy and demanding she remove the post.

Since then, their friendship has not been mended, despite Eniola publicly celebrating Davido's birthday. The singer has since cut ties with the actress completely.
