President-elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu is reportedly not among the dignitaries currently at the commissioning of the Dangote Refinery in Lagos.
Tinubu who is a former governor of Lagos state is expected to be at the event but was missing as the MC welcomed the guest of honor.
Among the guest currently at the event is President Muhammadu Buhari, President Mahamat Déby of Chad, President Gnassingbé Eyadéma of Togo and President Nana Akufo-Addo of Ghana.

The 650,000 barrels per day oil Dangote Refinery processing facility has been designed to process crude oil grades from the three continents of Africa, Asia, and America.
It was also gathered that the refinery would deliver a surplus of about 38 million litres of petrol, diesel, kerosene and aviation fuel for Nigeria daily, hence it would meet the 100 per cent fuel supply requirement of the country.
