Three patients have recovered from COVID-19 in Kaduna after testing negative to two consecutive tests.
This was revealed by the Commissioner of Health in the State, Amina Mohammad.
The revelation brings the number of discharged patients who have successfully battled the virus to four in Kaduna.
It also advised residents of the state to observe basic hygiene like washing of hands with water and soap as well as encouraging social distancing.
