There is light at the end of the tunnel - Gov Sule urges Nigerians to trust President Tinubu

Nasarawa State Governor Abdullahi Sule stated that President Bola Tinubu is aware of the hardships facing Nigerians due to economic reforms implemented by the current administration.

During an interview on Channels TV, Sule expressed optimism for better days ahead under this administration, suggesting that there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Since President Bola Tinubu took office in 2023, key economic indicators have declined. These decisions include the elimination of subsidies on petroleum products and the floating of the naira, among others.

This situation has led to high prices for goods and services, causing real hardship for Nigerians.

“At the end of the day, some of these reforms being taken by Mr President, he clearly mentioned to Nigerians that there is light at the end of the tunnel,” Sule said.

“As far as Mr President is concerned, he is very much aware of these reforms. Nobody said they were going to be easy, they are going to be difficult. This is the hardship we will go through but it is only temporary.”
