Following the chaos that erupted at some polling units across the country, a video has surfaced of some military officers flogging the arrested thugs.

These thugs are said to have caused disruption in some polling units.

In the video, a large number of soldiers were filmed beating the thugs mercilessly with canes.

A voice was heard telling the soldiers to "deal with them" as they young men begged for mercy.
