Nigerian international Sadiq Umar has declined to share any details on his future with Spanish La Liga outfit Real Sociedad.
The Super Eagles striker has been linked with a move away from the Reale Stadium after joining Sociedad from Almeria in 2022.
After an impressive start to his campaign at Sociedad, the 27-year-old sustained a cruciate ligament injury which forced him to miss the remainder of the season.
Sadiq returned to action at the beginning of last season after fully recovering from his long-term injury.
The former Roma striker has, however, struggled to secure regular playing time for La Real, having managed just four starts in 35 La Liga appearances for his side.
Reacting to links to his former club UD Almeria, Sadiq said:
“I don’t know. Let’s see what will happen in the future,” he told Tribal Football.
“With Almeria, it’s always a pleasure. We never know what the future comes with,” he added.
