The Federal Government has charged all relevant agencies and regulators to provide an enabling environment for industries to sustain their operations.

This declaration was made by the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari in a statement publicised by his media aide, Garba Shehu.

Buhari promised not to tamper with food production, distribution and medications for the generality of Nigerians.

Commending the Central Bank of Nigeria and commercial banks for their numerous interventions, it assured the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria of relief which would address the potential impact of the pandemic on the Nigerian economy.
