A photo of Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party caught sleeping n court has gone viral.

The former Anambra governor was pictured sleeping at the pre-hearing of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal on Monday, May 9 in Abuja.

The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal began sitting today to entertain suit filed by Obi and others challenging the election of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu as President-elect.

As the Tribunal sitting was going on, Obi was seen sleeping at the back.
