The police and some suspected rioters have reportedly clashed in the Iyana Ipaja area of Lagos over the state government's ban on okada and keke napep.
A viral video on social media showed a vehicle belonging to the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, LASTMA, already set ablaze.
