A witnessed presented by the Federal Government has said the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, was arrested while in a hotel with a woman.
MyNigeria learnt that the witness testified behind a screen and wore a mask.
This was after the Federal High Court in Abuja granted the Federal Government's request to present masked witnesses against Kanu.
The IPOB leader is facing charges bordering on terrorism and treasonable felony.
When the case resumed on Tuesday before Justice James Omotosho, a witness known as Oga AAA (not his real name) stated that he led the DSS team that arrested Nnamdi Kanu at the Golden Tulip Hotel, Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos on October 14, 2015.
Meanwhile, his legal counsels have said they are awaiting the continuation of the trial to enable them cross examine the witness.
Kanu's IPOB is fighting to reestablish the defunct Biafra Republic.
